Classic Mammoth Films

Tonight, I uploaded some old footage to my youtube page under the title of "Classic Mammoth". Well, the clips are only 15 years old, but to me they represent another time and place in my life. Most were shot when I was in high school and just beginning my hobby as a filmmaker. I remember those kind and patient souls who obliged me with viewing them and even paying compliments to the finished product. As I watch them now, it is refreshing to see how far my friends and I have come in the film making craft and it is intriguing to consider where we will be in another fifteen years or so. It is also fun to see how much we were enjoying ourselves as we pretty much just turned the camera on and had a good time. These works were not scripted and pretty much done on the fly. While none of these works live up to quality standards that exist today for Mammoth Films, they are the seeds that got us where we are today and have a special place among the library of Mammoth Films. Just because their corner of the library is very seldom visited, it does not mean they are out of sight and out of mind and they are certainly not forgotten.

Below are the links to the recently posted films.
